As a student and guest user without xx account, you need print credit to be able to print sent print jobs on the Canon printers. You also need print credit if you want to copy a job.
- You can find your current print credit in the xx print portal and the Campus Print app.
- xxx can add print credit to your account. This credit is called: starting credit.

When your print credit is exhausted, you can buy print credit yourself. This credit is called: private credit.

Buy print credit in the xx print portal and in the Campus Print app and pay with iDEAL, MasterCard, Visa, Sofort Banking, Giropay, Apple Pay en PayPal. You can also increase print credit with a voucher.

xxx can give print credit to a working group, e.g. a group of students working together on a project. If your study group is registered in the print portal, you can print using the study group's print credit. The Canon printer will ask you which print credit should be used for the print job: your own print credit or that of the workgroup.

You can enable automatic top-up of private credit. To enable the automatic top-up, it is needed to issue an authorization. After you enable the automatic top-up, the indicated private credit amount is automatically topped up and being debited from your bank account.
- If you no longer want to print, request a private credit refund. Go to the xx print portal or use the Campus print app to request a private credit refund.
