When the red light flashes ...
... then tap the Status Monitor / Cancel button ...
... and follow the instructions on the screen.
Problem persists or is there another problem?
1. Log out. Note: all print jobs will be removed.
2. Report the malfunction to the xxx Service Desk.
3. Turn the malfunction card in the plastic cover on the printer, to let other users know that the printer is temporarily out of order.
