You are responsible for both the content and the technical aspects of the file. This means that the file meets the correct file specifications. The system always checks the file for technical errors, such as the size and image resolution. If something is wrong in this regard, you will receive a message in the portal to resolve the error. If you ignore and accept the errors, we cannot guarantee the quality of the print.
Canon guarantees that the products comply with the specifications stated in the quotation and with the reasonable requirements of reliability and/or usability. If you do not share this opinion about your order, please submit a complaint using the contact form in the Canon Webshop. We will try to resolve your complaint as soon as possible.
