After uploading your print file, it can sometimes take a little longer before you can proceed to the next step in the ordering process. This is not because of the size of your document in MBs, but because the system performs various checks on the file including colour recognition and a virus check. Colour recognition ensures that both colour and black and white pages in the document are recognised, printed, and calculated in terms of costs. The more pages your document contains, the longer this process may take.
If your document is over 300 pages long, we recommend sending them via the quotation request form in the Canon Webshop. You can upload heavier files there.
