If you place a business order, enter the cost centre or purchase number when ordering and you don't have to pay anything. Canon will arrange invoicing with your organisation afterwards.If you don't know these you can check with your supervisor.
Note: CM.com handles the payment transaction for private payments. Your bank statement will show that the payment is going to Canon through CM.com foundation.
