As an employee, you can print from a managed workstation within the xxx network using the xxx Printer. The printer is already installed by default on Windows computers. If you use Linux or a Mac, you need to install the printer software yourself.

Step 1: Send your print job
Send your print job from the program you are working in.

Step 2: Log in to a Canon printer
You can log in in different ways: with your xxx card and touchless using the Campus Print app on your phone.

Step 3: Print out your assignment
- After logging in, choose [Secure Print] in the start screen.
- Tap the file you want to print or tap [Select All].
- You can change the print settings per file through [Options].
- Tap [Print + Delete] and log out.
Private printing for employees
If you wish to print for private use on a Fontys printer, you need to register as a guest user and upgrade your Fontys card with print credit. Your print orders will then not be linked to the business credit on your Fontys card. (Quick start as guest user)
