- guest employees who work at the University for a longer period and have a G account
- guests who occasionally work at the University and don't have a RUG-account
Step 1: Create a guest account
1. Go to the xxx print portal: https://name.mycampusprint.nl
2. Click on [Log in as guest user].
3. Click on [Create guest account].
4. Enter your credentials and password, then click [Create Guest Account].
5. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with a link. Click on this link to activate the account.
6. You are now registered as a guest user and can log in to the print portal.
Step 2: Send a print job
Upload your document to the xx print portal and send it to a printer.
Step 3: Ensure that you have sufficient print credit
To print your order on a printer, you need print credit. You can buy print credit in the xxx print portal or the Campus Print app. Here you can also check the balance of your print credit.

Note: If you purchase print credit, in most cases your new balance will be visible within minutes. However, it may take a little longer, up to half an hour.
Step 4: Log in to a Canon printer
As a guest user, you can log in with a PIN code or with the Campus Print app on your phone.

Step 5: Print out your print job
- After logging in, choose [Secure Print] in the home screen.
- Tap the file you want to print or tap [Select All].
- You can change the print settings per file through [Options].
- Tap [Print + Delete] and log out.
