When your order is ready, and has the status "Processed" (visible in the Order History in the Canon Webshop), you will receive an e-mail.

If you selected "Pick up at the Canon Service desk" in your shopping basket, your order will be ready at the Canon Service Desk as you receive the email. You can pick it up during opening hours.

If you have chosen "Pick up at other xxx location" in your shopping basket, you can pick up your order there as soon as you receive the email.

If you have selected "Send to another address" in your shopping basket, your order will be sent to the desired (home) address.
