If you have not received the order confirmation, please check your spam box. If you did not receive an order confirmation there either, something may have gone wrong with the placement of your order. In Canon Webshop, you can see the status and meaning of your order under Order History:
1) Status "Shopping Cart"
Your payment has not yet been completed. This may be because:
- You have (accidentally) cancelled the order/payment.
- Or something went wrong in the communication with the Payment Service Provider, the organization that handles the payment. In this case, check your bank account.
Has the amount of your order been debited from your bank account?
- Please contact the Canon Service Desk. They can check what went wrong and where if applicable.
- Enclose proof of payment, for example a screenshot from your banking app showing that the payment has been made (you may hide personal details and your bank balance).
- Please make sure that the PID number is visible on the proof of payment. This number is listed for every online transaction and allows Canon to link the payment to your order.
- The Canon Service Desk can restart production of your order or request a refund of your payment. Depending on the selected payment method, the amount will be refunded to your account immediately or within a few days.
2) Status "Ordered"
Your order has been received and is in production, but something may have gone wrong sending the email from procurementsystem. Please check your Spambox to be sure and otherwise contact the client Customer Service Desk: e: xxxx or via phone xxx.
3) Status "Waiting for procurement system"
When you have ordered an order over € xxx, it must first be approved by a budget holder. After approval, the order is transferred to Canon. As long as it is waiting for authorization you will see this status. This status is also shown when you have ordered an order under € xxx and the order has not been transferred to Canon. In this case, contact the Customer Service Desk to check why the order has not been forwarded to Canon: e: xxxx or via phone xxx.
4) Status "Processed"
Once your order is ready, it will receive the status "Processed". You will receive an email once your order has been delivered to your location.
