How do I place an order?

Students/ employees (without purchasing system)

  1. Students can reach the Canon Webshop this link: https://klantnaam.shop.canon.nl
  2. Select an option from the main menu.
  3. Select a product and size.
  4. Upload one or more file.
  5. Enter the desired quantity.
  6. Specify your requirements for printing and finishing.
  7. In the shopping cart, enter the requested information.
  8. Complete your order. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address linked to your account within a few minutes.

Employees (with purchasing system Facilitor)

  1. You place an order in the Canon Webshop via the Facilitor purchasing system.
  2. You can access the Canon Webshop from Facilitor.
  3. Select the desired product and enter the required print and finishing data.
  4. You will then be directed back to Facilitor. Enter the cost center and complete your order there.
    You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail from Facilitor.
  5. Orders above a value of xxx Euros must be approved by the budget holder. Only after approval will Canon receive the order.
  6. Do you have a rush order? Contact the budget holder to approve the order quickly.

 

Employees (with Proquro procurement system)

  1. Employees go to the Canon Webshop through the Proquro procurement system.
  2. Click on supplier Canon. You are taken to the Canon Web Shop.
  3. Select the desired product and enter the required data.
  4. After placing the order, return to Proquro to complete the order.
  5. All orders must be approved by the budget holder. Only after approval will Canon receive the order.
  6. Do you have a rush order? Contact the budget holder to approve the order quickly.

Employees (with Oracle procurement system)

  1. Employees access the Canon Webshop via the Oracle procurement system.
  2. Click on supplier Canon. You will now enter the Canon Web Shop.
  3. Select the desired product and enter the required details.
  4. After placing the order on the webshop, go back to Oracle to complete the order.
  5. Orders above a value of xxx Euros must be approved by the budget holder. Only after approval will Canon receive the order.
  6. Do you have a rush order? Contact the budget holder to approve the order quickly.
